Our published results all come from HVAC and heating businesses, because that is where our track record is. We present them as results from our HVAC work, name each client and link to the live site so you can check them. Below we explain what each case shows, and what an Ontario plumber, electrician or roofer can reasonably take from it.

CanroHeat.ca: 250% lead growth
CanroHeat.ca achieved 250% lead growth. Lead growth is the number that matters most to an owner, because leads are what a sales team can turn into booked work.
What transfers: the focus on leads rather than traffic or rankings as the measure of success, which any trade can adopt. What doesn't: the specific jobs and seasons, which belong to heating.
The group also built GasBoilers.ca, a gas-boiler division for CANRO Heat, which serves 26+ BC communities and holds 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews. It shows how a specialist brand can sit beside a main business and target one type of job.
Roma Heating & Cooling: 400% organic traffic growth in 12 months
Roma Heating & Cooling grew its organic traffic by 400% in 12 months. Organic traffic means visitors from regular search results, not from ads, so this growth didn't depend on a rising ad budget.
What transfers: service pages and town pages written to answer real customer questions, built steadily for a year. What doesn't: the exact keywords. A roofer's customers search for different words, so the pages would be different.
BCWide.ca: 3× leads in 90 days
BCWide.ca tripled its leads in 90 days. Ninety days is a short window, which makes it a useful reference for how quickly an owner can reasonably expect to judge a new engagement.
What transfers: the habit of setting a clear 90-day checkpoint, which our guide to the first 90 days of an engagement explains step by step. What doesn't: the size of the jump. Every business starts from a different point, and a business with strong foundations already has less room to grow quickly.
HVACDeal.ca: 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI
HVACDeal.ca produced 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI. ROI here means return on marketing investment: roughly twelve dollars back for every dollar put in.
What transfers: measuring every campaign against what a job is worth, which is the heart of how we run Google Ads. What doesn't: the ratio itself. A 12:1 return depends on job values and margins, and yours may be higher or lower.
CombiBoiler.ca: 300% ROI and 300+ monthly leads
CombiBoiler.ca reached a 300% ROI and 300+ monthly leads, with 500+ page-1 rankings for combi-boiler keywords. It is a specialist site focused on one product category, which is unusual and instructive.
What transfers: the power of depth. A business that covers one service exhaustively can outrank broader competitors for that service. What doesn't: the niche. Combi boilers have a particular search pattern; your speciality will have its own.
What these results don't prove
They don't prove that any Ontario business will grow by the same percentages. Every case started from a different place, in a different market, with different job values.
What they do show is a method that works when it is applied patiently: fix the profile and the phone, build useful pages, measure by booked jobs, and only then scale paid traffic. The full list of case studies is on HVAC.Agency, and each entry there names the client too.
How to read any agency's results
The same test applies to anyone's case studies, including ours. Can you see the client's name? Can you visit the live website? Is it clear whether a figure is traffic, leads or return on investment, and over what period? Results that pass those three checks are worth weighing. Results that don't, such as anonymous percentages or averages across unnamed clients, tell you very little. Our guide to vetting a marketing agency covers this in more detail. To see how the method would apply to your own trade and town, read about the free consultation or check our pricing.
Frequently asked questions
Do you have results from Ontario plumbing or roofing clients?
We don't publish any. Our public case studies are HVAC and heating results, and we label them that way rather than presenting them as something else.
Will my business get the same results?
No one can promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Results depend on your market, your margins, your reviews and how well your phone is answered. What we can show you is the method and how we will measure it.
Where can I see more case studies?
The full list of HVAC case studies is published on HVAC.Agency. Each one names the client and links to the live website, so you can look for yourself.
How do you report results to clients?
Monthly, leading with calls, texts, booked jobs and cost per booked job. Rankings and traffic figures are included where they explain a change in those numbers.
